Bunny's Pasta with Lobster, Truffle Butter and Cognac

Submitted by:

Description

This is a super quick, easy and delicious recipe that I whipped up in 10 minutes. Serve with a cold crisp glass of white wine.

Preparation

I lightly sauteed the Lobster meat in a skillet with a little of the truffle butter, then added the cognac and remaining truffle butter. Meanwhile my pasta was cooking in a pot of boiling salted water. When it is al dente, drain and add to the skillet and toss ingredients to combine. I topped with chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

This sounds scrumptious. Where can one find truffle butter, or do you make your own?

It sounds great but where do I find the canned lobster meat. I could really use that. We don't get fresh lobster here very often.

Sorry I haven't answered any of these questions, but I find the truffle butter in Whole Foods or farmers markets and the Lobster in various grocery stores or seafood stores!!

I really want to try this, but not sure if I want to use cognac. Do you have a substitute for the cognac?
