Carolyn's Summer Chicken Salad
Description
This recipe is a good way to get use leftovers, it came to me when I was at the Marriott when our Chef had a lot of leftovers from banquets. it quick and easy.

5lbs. Chicken Breast
2 cups penne pasta
1cup green peas
1 cup diced red onion
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tablespoons Garlic Powder
1tbl. mrs.dash table blend
2 cups light mayo
Preparation
First grill the chicken for about 20 minutes in a 325ยบ oven, than let cool for 20 minutes, later cut into stripes, next cook penne pasta until al dente' than cool for about 10 to 15 minutes. Next thaw green peas, in a large mixing bowl add diced red onion, shredded carrots, pasta, and peas, toss in chicken and mayo and Mrs. dash and garlic powder. Toss and chill until ready to serve.
