Cheese (Fries) Please!
Description
French fries are one of my favorites foods, and the hardest to give up when I start dieting. This recipe for cheese fries gives me a lot of what I love with little guilt.

1 serving Frozen French Fries
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
Preparation
I buy store brand frozen french fries (for some reason, they have a higher number of fries per serving with less calories than brand name). Follow the directions on the package for BAKING the french fries (typically takes 15 minutes). After they're done, I sprinkle the cup of cheese over them, making sure to cover every fry. You can also go with half a cup of cheddar & half a cup of mozzarella for a different flavor. I cover the plate with a wet paper towel and place in the microwave for a minute & a half (or until cheese is melted). Remove and enjoy, but careful! They'll be muy caliente :)
