Pasta is one of the quickest meals you can make that will still have the homemade touch. I love this simple pasta dish because it is delicious and healthy at the same time. Throw in some of your own ingredients to make this dish one of your familiy's favorites. Quick meal tip: Use one of the supermarket cooked chickens for really fast preparation.
16 oz. pkg. bowtie pssta, uncooked
1 bunch asparagus, coarsely chopped
1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. dried parsley
1/4 c. olive oil
Prepare pasta according to directions on package; add asparagus 1 or 2 minutes before fully cooked. Drain. Place pasta, asparagus and chicken in a 13" x 9" baking pan; mix in remaining ingredients. Broil for 5 minutes or until top is crisp. Serves 6.
