Chicken Pesto Pizza

2 Large whole wheat flat breads
2 tbsp of pesto sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shred
2 cups grilled chicken strips
Preparation
Set oven to 10 degrees cooler than what your flatbread's package dictates.
Buy deli chicken strips and prior to making the pizza, throw them in a skillet with some Pam and toss them around on a medium setting until golden brown (about 5-8 minutes).
Lay out your flat breads and spread an even layer of pesto (I use the reduced fat Bertoli brand with basil) on the flat bread. It's up to you how thick you want your layer to be, depending on how much pesto you want.
Top the pesto flatbreads with chicken and cheese.
Put in oven for about 7-9 minutes, until cheese is melted. Remove from oven, slice in half, and enjoy!
