Chicken Strips with Sweet & Spicy Peach sauce
Description
This is another simple recipe. I breaded chicken and topped it off with a sweet peach sauce that has a bit of a kick to it! It's perfect for dinner or as an appetizer. I will be posting the recipe for breaded chicken seperate from the sweet and spicy peach sauce.

2 lbs. boneless chicken breast (cut into thin strips)
2 cups all purpose flour (plus 1 tsp. paprika & 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper)
4 eggs (beaten)
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
4-5 tbls. olive oil (for sautéing)
Preparation
Prepare 3 bowls one with flour plus seasonings, another with egg wash and finally one with the bread crumbs.
Dip chicken strips first in flour, then egg wash and finally dip the chicken strips in the bread crumbs.
In large frying pan heat olive oil with crushed garlic and place chicken strips in heated olive oil and garlic. Let the chicken become golden on one side and then turn and finish sautéing on the other side. About 3-4 minutes on each side.
