Chicken with Basil Sauce
Description
Here's a dish that I made for my dieting, since I have gain a few kilos. This 164 kcal per 1 person, so it's very light and delicious dish.

100g × 2 chicken thight
2 leaves lettuce
2㎝ Carrot
3g basil
little of salt and pepper for chicken
A: For Basil sauce
2 tbsp Grain Mustard
1 tsp Olive Oil
4 tsp white wine vinegar
1/3 tsp Sugar
little of salt and pepper (your taste)
Preparation
1. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on the chicken.
2. Cut the basil into mince. Combine the all ingredients of sauce “A”, add the basil and mix well.
3. Cut the lettuce into bite-size pieces and carrot into in rectangles and boil until tender.
4. Grill the chicken in oven toaster for about 5-8 min.
5. Arrange the chicken and pour the sauce on chicken. Garnish with lettuce and carrot.
