Chili Cheese Dogs

Description

Okay, so I didn't actually cook this hot dog but I's sure it's pretty easy to make! This dog is actually from Onion Creek here in Houston. It's a great place for lunch and a friendly neighborhood place to hang out with friends.

I guess I'll finish this off by attempting to tell you how to make it.

add to shopping list Ingredients

2 hot dogs
2 hot dog buns
chili sauce
Monterrey Jack cheese
jalapenos
minced yellow & red onions

Preparation

Boil the hot dogs
Place in buns
Top with chili, cheese, onions, and jalapenos
Place in oven on 250 degrees until the cheese melts
Serve & Enjoy!
