A very simple, easy and quick way to cook salmon. It's Asian way of cooking, fried with Korean hot bean paste. It tastes hot and delicious.

250g salmon
1 Chili
4 spring onions
1T Korean hot bean paste
1T Brown Sugar
Preparation
Wash and cut the chili and spring onion into small pieces.
Heat up some garlic/ginger oil in a frying pan. Add the Korean hot bean paste, chopped chili and spring onion and fry until it is fragrant. Ooooh…the smell is soooo good.
Add the salmon and sugar and keep frying until it’s cooked. Salmon cooks very fast so don’t over cook it. Dish up and serve hot.
