Chinese Stir Fry Noodle

A simple n fast to prepare chinese stir fry fresh noodle with shrimps, chicken meat, green leafy vegetable and beansprout. Good as lunch or dinner and can be cooked with or without dark soy sauce.

Preparation

1. Heat a non stick wok with a little oil and saute the garlic n onion till aromatic
2. Add the shrimps, cut into cubes chicken meat and stir fry till chicken meat turns white
3. Put in the rinsed fresh noodle, add 1/2 cup water and cover the wok allowing the noodle to soften for 5 mins over medium heat
4. Add the green leafy vegetable and beansprout, salt to taste and stir fry till gravy thickens
5. Serve immediately
