Cilantro Lime Rice
Description
This is a side dish loved by all and really easy to make.

3 cup rice (rinsed)
1/4 cup Oil
5 Limes
1/4 cup cilantro
7 cup water
Preparation
Heat oil in a large pan and add the rinsed rice. Fry the rice until golden in color.
Add the juice of five limes to the pan along with the water and cilantro.
Cover and lower heat to a low simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
This dish is good with beans, steak, chicken, pork and even fish.
