Here's a delicious Italian seafood recipe I found while looking through recipes from my husband.

add to shopping list Ingredients

1 tsp. olive oil
1 large chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1 clove minced garlic
4 cups water
1 fish flavored bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/4 lb. cod fish
1/4 lb. small shrimp
1/4 lb. scallops
1 large tomato chopped
1/4 cup flaked crabmeat
1 10 oz. can clams
2 Tbsps. lemon juice

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over med. heat until hot. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook 5 mins. while stirring.
Add water, bouillon cube, and Italian seasoning. Cover and bring to a boil.
Cut cod fish into 1/2 inch pieces. Add cod, shrimp, scallops, and tomato to saucepan. Reduce heat to med. low. Simmer 10 to 15 mins. Add crabmeat, clams, and lemon juice. Heat through.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
