A delicious light slushy, icy drink. It will help curb any sugar cravings as it is tasty with virtually no calories and has the health benefits found in cocoa power.
1 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
splash any milk (dairy, rice, almond, soy, coconut)
ICE
water
sweetener to taste (stevia, agave, maple syrup, honey)
Optional: top with light whipped cream and cinnamon
Toss in blender. Blend all ingredients together and you have an icy, creamy guilt free treat!
