Description

For a long time, my son couldn't have flour of any kind but still craved cookies. What kid doesn't! After some working and tweaking, these flourless cookies were born! They are so light and delicate that is what makes them fabulous!

Ingredients

4 Large Egg Whites
2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
1 2/3 cup Granulated Sugar

Preparation

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. This is best done with an electric mixer of some form.
2. Combine the sugar and peanut butter until mixed well.
3. Fold the peanut butter/sugar mixture into the egg whites. Don't worry it is normal for the egg whites to deflate a bit when folding the mixture together. Flatten the cookies a bit with a fork.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool the cookies and store in an air tight container. Cookies will stay fresh for 2 weeks.

awesome! i make this recipe with my sisters! they are very delicious right ? they also are yummy if you make it 1-1-1 1 cup sugar, 1-cup pb, and 1 egg! bake at 350 for 8-10 minuits
