Creamed Eggs on Toast
Description
This recipe was taught to me by my deceased Dad who was in World War 2. This recipe was handed down to him by a soldier friend.

12 hard boiled eggs
1 medium onion
8-12 cups milk
to taste Salt & Pepper
12 slices buttered toast
Preparation
Cut eggs lenth wise X4 then cut cross wise in chunks. Set asside in dish.
Dice up medium onion and brown in deep skillet on top of stove, medium heat until they are golden brown.
