Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

salad cucumber/ssour cream or Crème fraîchefresh dill (okay, you can also take dried dill)saltolive oil

Preparation

This is the best cucumber salad in the world and it is also the easiest. At least that is what I believe.

1. peel and slice  the cucumber/s with a mandolin or any other vegetable slicer and put into a bowl
2. finely chop the dill and add to the cucumber
3. add a generous serving of sour cream
4. mix well and season with salt
5. splash some olive oil on top

my version includes a generous toss of fresh torn lettuce (avoid bitter varieties) and red radish. also, a pinch of herbs de Provence adds nice flavor, as does soy sauce (replacing salt, adding moisture) and sometimes - fresh tomato.
