You won't believe these cookies don't have flour or sugar! They're crunchy and oily... Stock up and keep them in your freezer-they defrost in seconds. Easy to make-double or triple the recipe!

Preparation

Combine first three ingredients in mixer. Slowly add rest of the ingredients, leaving the potato starch for the last. Mix well, then freeze mixture for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350, then form small balls and bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
