Diabetic Banana Bread
Description
Banana bread is a great recipe that you can easily make at home. This recipe is specifically for people who are diabetic, but you cannot tell by the taste! Since there is no added sugar, this is a great way to treat yourself, but not put on any pounds as well!

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup nuts
1 teaspoon soda
1 to 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 can frozen orange juice
Preparation
Sift all the dry ingredients together and set aside. In a blender, add bananas, orange juice, and eggs. Blend well. Pour into a bowl and add dry ingredients and nuts. Stir well until combined. Grease a 9 x 4 baking pan and pour batter in. Gently shake pan to even out batter. Place into a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
