Diabetic Oatmeal Cookies
Description
Who knew you could prepare oatmeal cookies with no brown sugar? Well you can! My Great Grandma used to make these cookies with a brown sugar substitute called Brown Sugar Twin. They taste just like normal oatmeal cookies but they are sugar free. Enjoy!

2 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
1 ½ cups quick oatmeal
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup Margarine
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Twin
1 ½ cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ cup raisins (optional)
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a larger bowl, mix the wet ingredients together, then slowly mix in the dry. Stir until combined. Grease a cookie sheet and preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Drop cookie dough onto sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with some cold milk!
