Dried Beef Bread Boat

Our family loves this easy crowd pleaser when friends gather around before a meal. Its easy to prepare and can be made ahead of time.

1 round loaf of bread (pumpernickle etc.)
4 oz shaved dried beef
1 1/3 cups mayo
2 teasp. Beau Monde
2 teasp. Dill Weed
2 teasp. dry minced onion
2 teasp. parsley
Preparation
Scoop out the center of the bread and cube contents. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Put the filling mixture into the bread boat and enjoy!
