Dumpling soup
Description
This dumpling (man-du) soup is Korean's traditional food in New Year. Also, you can deep fry this dumpling with soy sauce and it is very good, too.

1pak dumpling dough (can buy in asian grosery)
1lb ground pork
8oz tofu
1 midinum onion
1 midinum carrot
1 jalepino
1/4cup chaive
1tbs garlic
1tes ginger
1/2tbs Black Pepper
1tbs salt
2 egg
1/2tes sesame oil
2 tbs flour
6cup chicken stock
1lb Chicken Breast
3tbs salt and little black pepper and sesamin seed (optional)
Preparation
1. all ingredient except dumpling dough and flour mix together
*spread flour on dish for your dumpling
2. put 1 table spoon each in dumpling dough
3. during make dumpling time boil the chicken stock with chicken breast.when that water start boil then take out the breast
4. cool down breast shred
5. put the dumping 5 each for person in stock (boil for around 8 minute)
6. when those dumpling comes up.put egg (break and whisk) in soup (and 1 more minute boil)
