Submitted by:

Description

This is an easy to make quick bread for two. With only 2 ingredients, it is fast and simple, and the end result is delicious. The only thing that can make it better is to fill it with plenty of butter.

Preparation

Using your hands or wooden spoon, mix the two ingredients until well blended. Pat out on a lightly floured surface to about a half inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter and place in small greased iron skillet or griddle. (you can also use your hands to make the biscuits instead of a cutter.) Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done. Serve hot with butter, jelly, jam or preserves, or real cane syrup.
