So, I need a repertoire of super easy, fast, low-calorie meals that will keep me going and keep hunger at bay for at least 3-4 hours. One of my “go-to” meals is Easy Pasta with Tomatoes and Onions. It takes under 15 minutes to prepare and is easy enough for the cooking impaired. Bonus, it's less than 400 calories, contains more protein than most protein bars and contains a decent amount of fiber to fill you up and keep you going.
