Five Can Casserole

Submitted by:

Description

Another of my mother's standby meals on a busy night, this recipe has been around for years under a variety of names. Once you try it, you'll see why it has remained popular: it has 5 ingredients, it's fast and it's easy! The best part is that your family will love it!

add to shopping list Ingredients

2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup (you can use chicken or celery too)
2 10 3/4 oz. cans chicken with rice soup
2 small cans tuna or chicken, drained
2 small cans evaporated milk
1 large can chow mein noodles

Preparation

Mix together first 4 ingredients and 1/3 to 1/2 chow mein noodles. Put in 11 x 13 baking dish (you may want to spray with a little cooking spray first). Top with remaining noodles. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
