1 Shallot
4 tablespoons white vinegar

Preparation
First pour the vinegar into a saucepan, combine the shallot, parsley and a tablespoon of chopped herbs, salt, pepper and bring on the heat leaving the liquid reduce.
Soften the butter, pour in the mixture flavored, mix, pour into sterilized glass jars and give it a shape and refrigerate.
