Frango à Brás - Chicken with potato sticks
Description
This is a fantastic dish to do when there are chicken leftovers. Also good for turkey leftovers.

2 chicken breasts
1 medium onion sliced finely
6 eggs
1tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
12 black olives
1/2 cup milk
3 cups potato sticks
Preparation
Warm the olive oil in a skillet
Sautee the sliced onions until golden
Add the chicken and turn it a few times mixing it well with the onions
Beat the eggs (you can add a little milk if desired)
Add the potato sticks onto the skillet
Add the eggs and remove from heat
Mix well with a wooden spatula until well cooked
Use the cilantro leaves and olives to decorate the plate.
