Fruit Kebobs

These simple fruit kebobs are an easy snack that you can make with your kids. Kebobs are a fun way to get your kids to eat more fruits, and we all know they can be finicky about eating healthy, so these are the perfect cure. Let them choose their own fruits, help slice them, and arrange them on their sticks however they choose. The easy dipping sauce adds to the fun as well. This quick snack idea will be a hit for picnics and parties too!

Bananas, strawberries, grapes, kiwis, etc. (chopped into chunks)
Kebob sticks
¾ cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation

Wash all berries and dry well. Cut up all fruit and let the kids start sliding onto their skewers. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Stir until fully combined and smooth. Serve fruit kebobs with a bowl of the dipping sauce. The kids can dip the pieces individually, or even spoon the mixture right on the fruit while still on the stick.
