Garbanzo Bean & Tomato Greek Salad
Description
I found this recipe online and added basil and black beans for more flavor and texture. The photo shows mozarella cheese as a substitute for the Greek feta.
Serve with pita bread or a crusty loaf.

1 13 oz can of garbanzo beans
1/2 13 oz can of black beans
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/3 English cucumber
1/2 mild onion
1/2 cup Crumbled Feta cheese
Oil & Vinegar Dressing
1/2 cup chopped basil
Preparation
Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut up the cucumber and onion. Mix together in a bowl with the two varieties of beans. Add bottled dressing to taste. Sprinkle crumbled feta on top and chill. Serve with chopped basil as a garnish.
