Ginny\'s Yummy Macaroni and Cheese
Description
I came up with this recipe one day when I was feeling a little under the weather. After looking in my cupboards and saw what ingredients I had on hand , this is what came out of my oven.

2 cups uncooked macaroni 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup 1/2 cup milk
one cup frozen carrots peas and corn 2 cups shreded light cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste Cooking Spray
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Place frozen vegetables in a small bowl and run hot water over top of them. Squeeze out any excess water and set aside.
Add both soups to cooked macaroni and mix thoroughly, add vegetables. Mix again. Add saltand pepper.
Add milk to bowl of pasta. Mix once again.
Place macaroni into prepared casserole dish and sprinkle cheddar over top.
Bake in center of preheated oven for thirty to fourty minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for ten to fifteen minutes before serving.
Tastes great with a green salad, cheese or garlic toast and baked porkchops on the second day, that is if you have any left over. Yum yum!!
