Grilled Sweet & Spicy Peppers

Sweet & Spicy peppers goes great as an appetizer or side dish...goes wonderful with Italian or French bread and some cheese....this dish brings people together...You will enhance any meal with this sweet and spicy dish.

Preparation

On a hot griddle place the whole peppers until charred on all sides.

Set aside the peppers to cool in a large bowl or pan.
Keep the juice that will come from the peppers for the marinade.

Do not remove the skin from the peppers, since it adds flavor to the dish.

Remove the seeds when slicing the peppers.

long peppers the seeds will just lift with the vain that is down the middle.

Place the peppers in a bowl and add the garlic, capers plus caper juice, sun dried tomatoes, the balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar plus the sugar, and the olive oil.

Toss and serve with a beautiful crusty loaf of Italian bread and provolone cheese.
