Grilled Tuna Steaks with Honey Mustard Marinade
Description
Fresh tuna steak is one of my favorite types of seafood. There are so many ways you can season and cook tuna steaks, but this quick recipe will surely become a staple in your household once you try it. Sweet and tangy honey mustard marinades the fish and gives it such wonderful flavor. Pair it with rice or potatoes, and some fresh vegetables, and you have a fresh, healthy meal in minutes!

1 ½ pounds fresh tuna steak
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Dash garlic herb seasoning
Preparation
Combine the honey, mustard, vinegar, and seasoning in a large plastic bag. Mix well. Place tuna steaks into the bag and close. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Remove the tuna from the bag and pour marinade into a small saucepan. Heat your grill and brush it lightly with olive oil. Place tuna steaks on grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, bring the marinade to a boil and then remove from heat. Pour over tuna steaks and serve.
