10 oz medium egg noodles
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 14.5 oz. peeled/diced tomatoes with juice
1 t salt
1 T Sugar
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil.Add egg noodles & cook 8-10 minutes or until done. Drain.
While noodles are cooking in large skillet over medium heat,brown ground beef & add the tomatoes with juice,salt & sugar & simmer 15 minutes. In medium bowl,combine sour cream,cream cheese & onion,mix well. In a 9 x 13 baking dish,place half egg noodles,then all meat mixture,then the cream cheese mixture,and then rest of egg noodles. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 25-30 minutes. Enjoy! :-)
