Hell Yes Chocolate Macaroons
Description
Adapted from Company's Coming Fondue book (which didn't include chocolate or cocoa at all), these macaroons are crazy-good!

2 Egg whites, beaten until stiff peak forms
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup Confectioner's sugar
2 cups ground almonds
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Beat egg whites until a stiff peak forms (will take longer by hand). Mix other ingredients in thoroughly and form into 3/4-inch balls. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 325 for 12 minutes or so. Makes about 60 ooey gooey delights!
