This is a local meze from the Mediterranean city of Antalya.

1 cup tahini
5 cloves garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
juice from 2 lemons
Mix crushed garlic in a bowl with half the olive oil and all of the other ingredients. Pour the rest of the olive oil over it when serving. If you wish, garnish with pickles, olives, or parsley, and serve with toasted bread.
