Hot Peanut Butter Chocolate
Description
Pure delight made with extreme dark 79% cocoa drinking chocolate. I used skim milk and salted Adams smooth pb (I think the salt gave a nice added touch).

2 cups milk (regular, skim, soy, almond or rice)
•3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
•5 tablespoons extreme dark drinking chocolate (or 3 TBS dark cocoa powder)
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•Splenda or sugar to taste
Preparation
1.Combine milk and peanut butter in a 2 quart saucepan.
2.Heat to medium high, stirring vigorously with a wire whisk to incorporate the peanut butter with the milk.
3.When the milk is steaming and the peanut butter as blended as you can get it add the chocolate or cocoa and stir well again with the whisk to mix completely. Taste and add more if wanted.
4.Heat to desired temperature and add the Splenda or sugar to taste.
5.Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
6.Pour into mugs. Enjoy!
