This recipe was created by me to enter a Caribbean Foods Competition several years ago. It was one of 2 that I entered that won.

1 Whole Fresh papaya,peeled and seeded
1 whole mango; peeled and cut into cubes Mango;peeled
1 12 oz cancan ocx pineapple chunks in its own liquid
1/4 cup Chopped jalepeno slices
1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1/2 lime Fresh line
to taste crystal hot sauce
Preparation
Cube all fruit to make them equal sizes.
Combine all ingredients and add additional hot sauce as needed to suit your desired degree of heat. Serve with grilled fish,chicken or anything tropical. Can also be served with lime flavored chips.
