Jalapeno Chicken Cheese Soup
Description
This is my version of a favorite soup served at a restaurant in Pecos, NM, that is now closed.

1 can fat-free cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
to taste pickled jalapeno peppers, finely diced finely
2 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
Heat in a sauce undiluted chicken soup, broth, and peppers . When hot, add cream cheese and stir until incorporated. Serve with tortilla chips.
