Lemon Basted Orange Roughy
Description
I made this fish for dinner one night and it turned out good.

1 10 0z. orange roughy fish
2 Tbsps. lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a baking pan, place the water and lemon juice in. Add fish to the pan and sprinkle with parsley and thyme. Cover the fish with foil. Bake for about 20 mins. or until fish is tender. Garnish with lemon or orange slices. Serve with
rice pilaf and mixed vegetables.
