add to shopping list Ingredients
1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
sprinkle Lemon pepper
sprinkle salt
sprinkle Garlic Powder
sprinkle Tarragon dried leaves
drizzle Olive Oil
Preparation
1) Preheat oven to 450º
2) Rinse chicken pieces in cold water and pat dry. Spray with butter flavor cooking spray; all sides.
3) Salt heavily all over.
4) Spray two pans with not-stick butter flavored spray.
5) Sprinkle generously with garlic powder, lemon pepper and tarragon leaves.
6) Place into the prepared baking pans and place into hot oven, lowest shelf.
7) Reduce oven to 350º and set times for 28 minutes.
8) Check chicken as it may need extra time if you have large pieces. When is looks almost done, move pans to top of over, leaving door slightly ajar, turn oven off and turn broiler on Highest setting.
9) rotate pans for even browning of crust. Five minute (approximate time) under broiler.
10) Remove and allow to sit for five to ten minutes, allowing juices to be reabsorbed. Turn broiler off.

I do a very similar recipe, actually I use real garlic and add drops of lemon. It is YUMMY!
Tarragon and chicken are a match made in heaven. Guess what I'm having for dinner tomorrow (she says after just finishing dinner tonight).
