Lemon Rice

1 cup Rice
2 Green Thai chili
3ts Lemon Juice
1 Red chili
1ts Oil
1 pinch Turmeric powder
1/2 inch ginger
curry leaves,mustard seeds,cumin seeds, groundnuts, salt
Preparation
Step1: Take 1 cup of rice, wash it well and pressure cook it until rice is cooked well (not mashes into a paste).
Step2: Add 1ts of oil to a pan and let it heat. Once the oil is warm, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splutter, then add a pinch of turmeric powder, ginger cut to small pieces, few curry leaves, sliced green & red chilies, some groundnut (skins removed,this is only for taste,optional).
Step3:Fry the whole thing for 1 min and then add to cooked rice along with lemon juice and salt and mix well until it is evenly spread.
Your yummy lemon rice is ready..!!
