Lillet Blanc Refresher
Description
Lillet Blanc is an apéritif made from wine and citrus juices. As with all apéritifs, Lillet Blanc helps to stimulate the appetite. I paired my Lillet with some lemon seltzer for pre-dinner drink on a hot day. The result was a cooling drink that certainly didn't hamper my appetite.

3 oz ICE
4 oz Lillet Blanc, chilled
3 oz lemon flavored seltzer water, chilled
1 orange wedge
Preparation
1) Place the ice in a 10 oz rocks glass.
2) Pour in the Lillet Blanc.
3) Add the lemon seltzer.
4) Squeeze the orange into the glass, and then drop the orange in.
5) Give the drink a gentle stir and serve with your favorite light appetizers.
