Here's an inventive take on jerk chicken. The Pick-a-peppa sauce gives it some spice, while the pineapple gives it some sweetness. Top it with some Monterrey jack cheese, for a little creaminess as well. You could even make this into a sandwich!

I love using Asian inspired ingredients when preparing a steak. The salty/sweetness really takes the flavor of the meat to a whole new level. Flank steak seems to work best because it is a thinner cut of meat, but still has a lot of juiciness to it so it won't be dry.
