Pork loin is one of my favorite proteins because it can be prepared so many ways. Pork's mild flavor tends to match well with many different seasonings and sauces, but I especially love giving it some Asian flair. This recipe is simple, but the taste is phenomenal. Serve it with some steamed rice and vegetables and you have an amazing meal in less than 35 minutes! |

Pork chops and applesauce go together like peas and carrots, and has been a favorite meal of many food lovers for years. This simple pork chop recipe is a twist on the original and is full of flavor, yet very easy to prepare. Serve with a baked sweet potato and salad, and you have a quick meal in under 40 minutes! |

This is one of my all-time favorite meals! I remember the first time my Aunt Lisa brought it to a family birthday party...I was about eight years old, and I thought it was the most delicious thing I had ever tasted. Since then, it has become a family staple. My mom and I have both made it countless times. It is the perfect side dish to take to a picnic or barbeque, but it's also hearty enough to stand on its own. Although I make the dish year round, it always hits the spot during the chilly winter months! Serve it with some tortilla chips and sliced avocado or some fresh cornbread...either way, it's delicious. |

I love anything with gravy and the mushroom gravy in this recipe is soooooo good! This is another favorite from my childhood and one that my mother made for us frequently because we asked for it so often. I like it served with buttered egg noodles or rice and green beans or mixed vegetables. |

We all get sick of eating beef and chicken sometimes, but it can be hard to think of alternatives. Pork chops are actually one of my favorite new proteins to cook with. Dubbed "the other white meat", pork chops are great because they are as versatile as chicken, yet healthier than beef. This recipe is so simple, but really has some kick with spicy cumin and a mango salsa that will knock your socks off. |

I have loved quiche since I was a child, and now as an adult, I love it even more for it's versatility. You can make so many variations of quiche but this one is my favorite because of the classic flavors. Throw in any other additions that you would like, change up the cheese, or leave it the way it is. No matter what, your stomach will thank you. |

My sister's neighbor, Heather, makes this amazing pork tenderloin recipe and my sister just raves about it. It seems like a really simple recipe, but it packs a lot of taste. It would be perfect for a summer night barbecue with friends. Serve it with some potatoes, grilled veggies, and a healthy salad. Yum! So heat up your grill and impress your guests tonight with this delicious, quick meal. |

This recipe was my Mom’s and was something that she whipped up quickly after a long day at work. It is very easy to make and doesn’t cost much either (buy the pork chops in bulk, and freeze what you don’t use). This meal is a nice change from the normal chicken or beef recipes and kids will actually eat it too. Add some veggies in with it or spice it up with your own seasonings…it is very versatile. |

I love pork chops but sometimes it is hard to come up with new ways to make them. I got the inspiration for this dish from an old fashioned southern food restaurant. They make collard greens, fried pork chops, and then pretty much smother everything in gravy. Since I don’t care for cream gravy on anything other than biscuits or chicken fried steak, I went ahead and changed it up with brown gravy instead. I sauté the chops instead of frying them to make it a little healthier as well. |

Pulled Pork Sandwiches are one of my favorite things to order at a barbecue restaurant. The moist pork mixes with the tangy barbecue sauce to create a taste combination to die for. I wanted to know how to duplicate that taste at home. What I found out is that the secret behind great, moist, pork is to cook it at a low temperature for a long time. One of my friends found this awesome recipe on one of her favorite blogs (Pots and Pins, if you want to check it out), and passed it on to me. This pulled pork rivals some of the best restaurants out there! Pop the ingredients in the crock pot, go about your business, and before you know it you have a delicious meal. |
