Fresh fish is one of the easiest, healthiest proteins you can make. Salmon tends to be my favorite because I love its flavor, and it goes well with many different seasonings and marinades. If you are looking for a healthy, quick meal, this salmon is perfect for you. Try this simple recipe tonight and serve it with some steamed veggies and roasted potatoes. Enjoy!

This was my Father's take on a pasta salad. He would make this recipe for dinner and then we would take the leftovers for lunch. It was great on hot summer days when you wanted something cool, but still filling. This would make a great addition to any picnic or outdoor barbecue as well, just substitute chicken for the tuna, or leave the meat out completely.

Fresh tuna steak is one of my favorite types of seafood. There are so many ways you can season and cook tuna steaks, but this quick recipe will surely become a staple in your household once you try it. Sweet and tangy honey mustard marinades the fish and gives it such wonderful flavor. Pair it with rice or potatoes, and some fresh vegetables, and you have a fresh, healthy meal in minutes!

I love to cook fish because it is so versatile and usually simple to make. This is one of my Mom’s creations that helped instill my love of seafood at a young age. Creamy, lemony, herb butter coats the Tilapia and gives it great flavor. You could substitute any fish you like: salmon, halibut, etc. Serve it with some fresh steamed vegetables and you have a quick, healthy, meal!

Fried rice is a staple at any Asian restaurant, and the great thing about it is that you can change it up to suit your tastes. Don't like shrimp? Substitute chicken, or beef, or fish; you can even just go with no meat. Throw in your favorite vegetables and you have a simple meal that is ready in under 30 minutes!

There are few things I love more than pasta and seafood. Add them together and you have made me a very happy girl. This is one of my favorite pasta dishes because it is simple and elegant at the same time. Serve it for a romantic dinner with your loved one, or simply make it for a typical weeknight dinner. I like to make a fresh salad, and some crispy garlic bread to accompany this delectable main course. It will become one of your favorites too!

A simple recipe to make when you are crunched for time and on a tight budget. It should feed up to a family of 5 and makes great leftovers too. My Dad used to make this for us kids all the time growing up and we loved it. He used to top it off with crushed potato chips and lots of love.
