Lucille's Chicken Wings
Description
Great Grandma, Lucille, used to make these Asian inspired chicken wings. Most of my family cannot handle very spicy food, so these wings were a great alternative to the hot variety. Serve these at a Sunday football party and I guarantee that no one will be complaining about the lack of heat. The flavor makes up for it!

20-24 chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce
¼ cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup water
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup corn oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and pour over wings in a large baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. For really good flavor, let sit overnight. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Bake wings for 45 minutes, or until tender and brown. Dig in!
