Mango Avocado Smoothie
Description
Avocado lends this drink a silky smoothness. What a great way to start the day! This recipe is adapted from the Flat Belly Diet book.

1/2 c mango cubes (I like to use pre-cut jarred mango)
1 c mango juice
1 ripe avacado
1/2 c fat free vanilla yogurt
1 lime (just the juice)
1 tbl Sugar
12 ice cubes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
