Marty's Mad Hatter's Casserole
Description
This is an unusual dish, and the ingredients sound almost incompatible, but take this to your pot lucks or introduce this to your friends and your dish will disappear right before your eyes!

2 20 0z cans chunky pineapple drained
11/2 cups of sugar
3/4 cups of plain flour
2 cups of grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg Ritz crackers (tube in a box)
11/2 sticks of margarine
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Spread your pineapple in a quart casserole dish. Mix together the sugar, flour and cheese. Pour mixture of the pineapple. Then crush the crackers and spread them over the top of the mixture. Melt butter and pour over the crackers. Bake for 30 minutes. Simply delicious!!
