This is so good. I love playing with new salsa recipes for the summer! This one is great over grilled meat, or all alone!
1 Limes, juice
1 1/2 cup cantaloupe, chopped
1 1/2 cup honeydew melon, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 large jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
In medium bowl, combine lime juice, cantaloupe, melon, cucumber, jalapeño, basil, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Makes about 3 cups salsa. Allow to chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
