Mexican Chef Salad

1 head Iceberg lettuce, torn or chopped
1 Lb ground beef
1 envelope Taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 medium tomato,chopped
1 can Kidney beans, or black beans, drained
1/2 14 oz bag Fritos corn chips
Preparation
Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add 1 envelope of Taco seasoning mix and cook per package instructions. Set aside til complete cooled. Meanwhile, tear lettuce into a large bowl, add remaining incregients and toss together. Add cooled ground beef and mix well. Pass sour cream and taco sauce. **Note, you can omit the Fritos from the mixture and serve separately according to your preferred serving size.
