Description

This is a delicious and healthy sandwich that is perfect for work. It's easy to make (takes less than 5 minutes) and can be paired with a salad for a complete, healthy lunch. It's vegetarian, for those of you looking for a great sandwich without the meat.

Ingredients

3 Pieces of Romaine Lettuce (or any kind you want)
2 Thick Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
3 Thick slices of Tomato
1 Italian Baguette

Preparation

1. Cut lettuce into small, manageable pieces.

2. Cut mozzarella cheese into two thick slices (if they're not already cut).

3. Cut three thick slices of tomato.

4. Place your lettuce on your open baguette, followed by the tomato on top and then the cheese on top of the tomato.

5. Close your baguette, press down firmly to make the sandwich more manageable to eat. Cut it in half.

That's it, you're done. It's super easy and very delicious.

You can add mayonaise or mustard if you wish.
